We often spend the here-now worrying about the future but the future never comes. What comes is the here-now and we often miss it. Whether we know it or not we cannot be anywhere else other than the here-now. Dancing enables us to live intensely and totally in the moment. In this hour long beginners workshop we will practice mindfulness through dancing Tango. Tango is a walking dance from Buenos Aires in Argentina that inspires the dancers to be aware of the music, their partners and other dancers in the room. We will practice the Tango walk to the rhythm of Tango music. No prior experience in Tango or dance or walking meditation is needed to attend this workshop.
